Victoria

Victoria

Victoria, the capital of British Columbia, is considered one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It provides a multitude of teaching opportunities, from its rich history to the influence of Britain on its architecture, culture and names. The ferry ride from Vancouver will take you through the picturesque Gulf Islands (where it is wise to look out for sea life along the way!) The scenic coastal drive travels through the charming community of James Bay, where the Trans-Canada Highway begins at Mile 0. Once in Victoria, there are many fine historic buildings and areas to explore, such as the Inner Harbour, Government Street, Chinatown, the Empress Hotel, and your knowledgeable guide will be on hand to answer all those questions. Visits to the famous Butchart Gardens and the Royal BC Museum, as well as marine wildlife viewing (seasonal) and cycling tours, are also available.

We can tailor your tour to be everything from amazing travel trips to department-specific adventures. Contact one of our agents today so that we can put together the perfect experience for you and your students.
