This cozy village is situated in the Shuswap Highland of the Monashee Mountains, just 22 km from Vernon, BC. You can explore over 3 000 acres over four mountain faces. These four very different areas allow for sports enthusiasts of varying levels of ability to challenge themselves. Skiers of all levels love the perfectly groomed runs and wide-open spaces of Vance Creek, but for those up for a challenge, there are double black diamonds and steep chutes on the other side. When the sun goes down, the lights come on at SilverStar! Night skiing is an amazing experience in this winter wonderland. But skiing and snowboarding are not the only attractions here. There is 105 km of daily groomed cross-country trails of varying difficulty, 16 km of snowshoe singletrack trails, 15km of fat bike trails (great fun!), and tubing for those that just wanna have fun.
